앱에서 바로 삭제하기

오늘도 직장인 앱을 엽니다.
타이틀 화면이나 게임 메뉴에서 설정을 엽니다.
고객지원 → 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
안내를 확인하고 확인란을 선택한 뒤 ‘계정 삭제하기’를 누릅니다.

삭제는 바로 처리되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다.

삭제되는 정보

서버의 게임 진행, 엔딩·앨범 기록, 다이아 잔액과 아이템 사용 기록
광고 보상 기록, 계정 연결 기록과 Firebase 익명 계정
이 기기의 게임 저장, 구매 대기 기록과 광고 보상 기록, iOS의 iCloud 게임 저장

보관되는 정보와 기간

결제 확인 기록(상품·거래 식별자, 지급 수량, 환불 여부)은 계정 식별자를 지운 뒤 법령에 따라 5년 동안 보관합니다. 같은 구매가 다시 지급되지 않도록 확인하는 데에만 사용합니다.
App Store·Google Play·RevenueCat의 구매 기록은 구매 복원을 위해 각 사업자의 정책에 따라 남습니다. 광고 제거와 정규직 패키지는 같은 스토어 계정으로 구매 복원하면 다시 받을 수 있지만 다이아는 복원되지 않습니다.
게임 계정과 연결하지 않은 이용 통계와 오류 진단 정보는 Google의 보존 기간 설정에 따라 삭제됩니다.

앱을 사용할 수 없을 때

support@bn-rb.com으로 ‘계정 삭제 요청’이라는 제목의 메일을 보내 주세요. 게임 계정에는 이름이나 연락처가 없으므로 구매한 적이 있다면 스토어 주문번호(Google Play는 GPA로 시작하는 번호, App Store는 영수증의 주문 번호)를 함께 적어 주세요. 해당 계정을 찾아 확인한 날부터 10일 이내에 삭제하고 결과를 회신합니다. 구매 내역이 없고 앱도 지운 경우에는 계정을 특정할 수 있는 정보가 없어 요청으로 찾기 어려울 수 있습니다.

Account deletion (English)

This page explains how to delete your account and related data in Office Princess (developer: BN-RB, 비엔알비).

In the app: Open the app → Settings (from the title screen or the game menu) → Support → Delete account. Check the confirmation box and tap “Delete account”. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. An internet connection is required.

Deleted: game progress, endings and album records, diamond balance and item history, ad reward records, account link records and the anonymous Firebase account on our server; saves, pending purchase and ad reward records on the device, and the iCloud save on iOS.

Kept: payment confirmation records (product and transaction IDs, credited amount, refund status) are kept for 5 years as required by Korean law after the account ID is removed, and are used only to prevent the same purchase from being credited twice. App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat keep their purchase records under their own policies so purchases can be restored. Remove Ads and the Full-Time Package can be restored with the same store account; diamonds cannot. Usage statistics and crash reports are not linked to the game account and are deleted under Google’s retention settings.

If you cannot use the app: email support@bn-rb.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. Game accounts have no name or contact details, so include your store order number if you made a purchase (Google Play order numbers start with GPA). We delete the account within 10 days of identifying it and reply with the result.
